i’m not saying its rape as in he gets in her pants without her wanting it. I’m saying its a form of violation by using deception and false pretenses to get there. Obviously it wouldnt be considered rape (even though its not as simple as being consensual or not, things arent black or white), but he did violate her trust and omitted his true intentions on what he wanted to do to her (kill her), and she definitely wouldnt have agreed otherwise had she known.
