Think of it this way...
She may have a writing credit but she never said she wrote it either.
Maybe its something legal that we don't know that says she has to be listed.
If the original songwriters don't have a problem with it why should we? Shouldn't it be their problem? You see what happened with the BC Jean fiasco...Some of the lyrics to If I Were A Boy were changed yet Beyoncé still wasn't credited. If they didn't want her credited she wouldn't have been credited. Simple as that.

I love this song. I honestly don't know why people constantly try to talk shit about her. Do you know how many artists sing songs that they didn't write themselves? Really. It's not that serious. That's how the industry works. They find artists whose voice would be right for the song, then they record the song with THAT artist. It's not Beyonce's fault that she's beyonce talented in more ways than one. As far as soul, clearly... we don't have to go there. lol.. damn people, get off of her dick. |
